It has been a very quiet day at home today and I've been sorting and cleaning up my photos on my hard drive . . . clearly I underestimated the enormity of this job!
Anyway, I came across a link I'd saved 4 years ago with our wedding photos taken by CK MetroPhotos and posted on Green Wedding Shoes Blog. I love the way she has layered photos together, totally on my 'skills to learn' list for 2014.
I've posted these images of our wedding day before so sorry for doubling up . . . I just love the way a beautiful image engages the senses.
I can remember feeling so proud walking down the aisle next to Dad; I remember Mum's house smelling so beautiful full of flowers; I remember thinking Tim wore just the right amount of cologne as we met at the alter; I remember feeling happy watching the groomsmen play croquet; I remember overwhelming love for my best friends as they posed for endless photos all morning; I remember fighting back tears while Dad's band played; I remember feeling grateful that Mum made 240 fabric napkins; I remember laughing so hard at our MC.
I guess this is the power of images and why it is so lovely to take them and keep them.
Our first dance was to 'The Luckiest' by Ben Folds and 4 years + 2 children later .. I do feel lucky.
Now . . . back to the My Pictures Folder.
Love Tina xo

Yesterday was a really big day for LCA!
Our house is on the front cover of Loni's Adore Home Magazine.
It was great to see some of my other favourite shops such as Lovestar, The Brown Trading Co , Lily G & Nest Emporium all together in this most impressive issue.
And let's not forget the LCA High Society Necklace making it on the editor's fave list!
These pretty necklaces are available in the LCA Online Shop.
And in other news our new LCA clutch bags have arrived & I'm thrilled with them. The colours are divine and with the unexpected twist of a silk spot scarf they are perfect for cocktails by the sea, long lunches, evening weddings, dinner & dancing and the odd flutter on the ponies. As always choosing your favourite colour is the hardest part!
Gosh, after all this shameless self-promotion I need to finish my TO DO list and get back to my coffee . . .which is cold again!
Thanks very much to all of our loyal supporters on Facebook and Instagram. I find your comments so motivating and special.
And thanks Loni from Adore for such a beautiful feature article. I feel very lucky.
